Weee! This little robot makes me squeal. I found him today in a Storque article on etsy.com. The designer of this bot is Hong Kong based artist sage12888. You can find a collection of handmade soda can robot art on his site. So be sure to check out the rest of these little aluminum tinys and while your at it check out sage's intricately folded origami creations. Enjoy!

In my search, I found a sweet little painting called Three Green Girls by Ulaa and decided to base my treasury around it. You can check out my treasury here until Wednesday at 4 pm.

To find out if you are featured in a treasury. Go to Treasury and Treasury West and look for a gold star next to the treasury list titles. If you find one then.. woohoo! You are featured in a treasury! If you see a gray star it means that you are a back up and might be featured if an item is sold or if the curator wants to switch out a featured item. Happy hunting!

On a recent visit to Japan, my friend Amy and I went to a nail art shop. Amy picked out a few gems and a glittery nail color while the cashier rang up the bill ... which came out to over a $100!! Sadly, Amy ended up only getting one gemstone on each thumb and even that was pretty expensive!
So I was delighted to find a cheap alternative to salon nail art on Etsy today! I found a shop called dragonflynailz which specializes in beautiful and adorable pre-made stick on nails. My favorite are the Watermelon toenails and the Tiki Nails!
And for some glittery nail action check out NailzImage.etsy.com

I am working on a tshirt version of my original painting Mamachari.
It will be my first 4 color silkscreen and my first time using a more fitted tee. So before I take the monetary plunge I wanted to get your opinions.
I was wondering what you guys think? Which design do you like best???
Any suggestions or advice would be great!
*If you leave feedback on this post you'll receive 10% off your next botodesigns purchase. Just be sure to type in MAMA in the message to seller.

Jen of JenMcCleary.etsy.com says:
"... if I'm really stuck on a piece, I'll sometimes do something radical to it like turn it upside down and work on it that way, or paint over it entirely or use a color I normally wouldn't use. Anything for a change of perspective."
Sarah of RedRedOrange.etsy.com says:
"Get out of your zone...Take a walk and actually look at things."
Melissa of sqrlbee.etsy.com said:
"I try to do those things that I've been putting off like organizing my fabrics and cleaning out my storage shelves. Usually I come across something that lights a little spark of inspiration."
Ruth of flyingfoxdesign.etsy.com says:
"..organize photos or put together a scrap book of inspirational images..."
Lauren of gigglepotamus says:
"... stay open minded to what types of things can be inspiring- sometimes stuff that I wouldn't work with myself, but can maybe reinterpret: a zipper, the color of a dog's fur, the texture on a tree trunk, etc."
MaryJo or hummingbirdhandmade.etsy.com says:
"I look at old sketchbooks...flip through the books on my book shelf that I bought in a fit of inspiration to remember what that felt like."
Jennifer of JericasJewelry.etsy.com says:
"I'd love to be given the challenge of having to come up with accessories for something like a period-piece play. It might never happen, but it's fun to try to come up with designs on the spot."
Thanks again everyone!

The Japanese text is read "Doki Doki" which is the Japanese sound for a beating heart. It is also slang for having butterflies in your stomach when a cute guy or robot is near.
If you happen to love a girl robot, a guy robot, a bird or anything else, I also make custom Doki Doki paintings and prints. Have a look at my past commissions and contact me for a quote.

Sam brought this choco-block home from the office the other day. It was a gift from one of his organization's sponsors. We are still working on it, including it as a side dish to every meal, melting it for fondues, using it for karate practice. But we are running out of ideas. I'm thinking of donating the rest to charity. So if you know someone in need of 3 lbs of chocolate please call.
